Hindu-Muslim scorn being spread to redirect consideration from main problems, says Rahul Gandhi at Red Post
Bharat Jodo Yatra Today, Delhi Live News Updates: After the Bharat Jodo Yatra arrived at the Red Post in New Delhi Saturday, Congress pioneer Rahul Gandhi said that the BJP government was spreading contempt among Hindus and Muslims to redirect the country from main problems. Gandhi additionally said, "this isn't PM Modi's, however Ambani and Adani's administration".
Performer turned-government official Kamal Haasan joined the yatra in the afternoon near ITO. Meanwhile, Congress pioneers Priyanka Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi joined Rahul Gandhi's Bharat Jodo Yatra in Delhi Saturday morning. In the wake of entering Delhi, Gandhi said the justification behind the Yatra is to show "certifiable Hindustan" where people help each other, not at all like RSS and BJP's variation of a contempt filled one. "There is no nafrat in this yatra. If somebody falls, everybody helps them. This is the authentic Hindustan. Not the BJP's and RSS's disdain filled Hindustan," communicated Gandhi while keeping an eye on a get-together at the Delhi line. He furthermore expressed thanks to the "lakhs of people" who gave love and sponsorship to the gathering.
Traffic was impacted in pieces of southeast Delhi as the yatra entered the city. The traffic police had given a warning on Friday alerted workers about the courses that were probably going to be impacted by the yatra. The yatra will cover an about 23 km stretch in Delhi, beginning from the Badarpur line where it entered the capital city from Haryana, and coming full circle at Red Stronghold. It will go through Nizamuddin, India Door, ITO, Delhi Entryway and Daryaganj. Following a day's walk through Delhi, the yatra will end for close to 9 days prior to continuing on January 3.
